Jesus came to give us life and life to the full. He came for freedom. It is for our freedom that He set us free. He came to heal the broken hearted and to set the captives free. Yet, there’s a disconnect. Take five minutes to look around and you see that no one is living this way. People are living a life of survival. Not freedom. We are the most stressed out, exhausted, depressed, anxious, suicidal, addicted group of people in history.
We were made for more.
You were made for more.
We were intended to live a life of freedom. We were intended to live from a place of being fully loved and fully free.
We have been there and we’ve journeyed through our story, allowing Jesus to truly heal the broken places and set our hearts free to live from a wholehearted place.
Our desire is for you to experience the same:
a life of freedom and wholeheartedness.

Kelley found yoga at a time in her life where her body was physically in pain, but deeper down, she was emotionally in pain. What started as a way to bring relief to her physical body, turned into a much deeper restoration. God started using the quiet space of yoga to speak to her, awaken her, and restore her. This saved her life.
Kelley desires to create sacred space and extend to all what holy yoga has extended to her.. A space where people can experience the love of the Father, tune into His tender voice, and realize what it means to truly be a daughter of the One True King.
Kelley is a 500 hr certified yoga instructor, and is certified in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy and Holy Yoga. You can find her public classes at Salt Yoga studio in Tulsa.
Prayer and Meditation
One of Lydia’s greatest desires is for people to understand and experience the freedom that comes from living from our new redeemed nature; sinking into Jesus’ nature in us. Through her ongoing journey of inviting him to heal the broken places of her heart, she has experienced greater intimacy with her Creator, and his desire to show us who we are in him and who he is in us. Prayer and journaling, combined with digging into Scripture, have been invaluable vehicles in this process for hearing the Holy Spirit. ALO is an answer to many of those journaled prayers.
